I founded The Hema Group after working for over 20 years in brand and marketing for some of the world’s best loved brands developing award winning brand, sales and marketing strategies. My experience spans across multiple sectors from retail, leisure to hospitality.


I’ve held senior positions at LEGOLAND Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Punch Taverns to name a few. Recently I got appointed as a Non Exec Director for one of the largest arts centres in the Midlands, The Mac.

Having worked with large organisations, SME’s and running my own business I appreciate the challenges that entrepreneurs and business owners face and relish in supporting clients overcome hurdles and develop strategies for business growth.


I am a highly strategic and creative thinker with extensive experience in defining and executing profitable business and brand growth strategies. A commercially driven, results orientated leader, with an entrepreneurial attitude and an expert in interpreting the customer mindset.
